China adds 25 substances to List of Existing Chemical Substances

On December 18, 2023, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China announced the addition of 25 registered new chemical substances to the List of Existing Chemical Substances on its website. The 25 substances added to the List of Existing Chemical Substances are substances that have already been registered in accordance with the “Measures for environmental management and registration of new chemical substances” (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Decree No.12) and its related explanatory document (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Announcement No.51).
