China publishes technical standard for continuous monitoring of non-methane hydrocarbon emissions from stationary sources

On February 9, 2023, China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment published a national ecology and environment standard called “Stationary Source Emission—Specifications for Continuous Monitoring of Nonmethane Hydrocarbons” (HJ 1286-2023), which will come into effect Aug. 1, 2023.
