Vietnam revises personal protective equipment rules on OSH

On November 30, 2022, Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam (MOLISA) promulgated Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BLDTBXH on Personal Protective Equipment in Work (hereinafter referred to as “Circular”). The Circular stipulates rules for workers who face harmful or dangerous conditions at work to wear personal protective equipment (hereinafter “PPE”). The Circular will be enacted on April 1, 2023, repealing Circular No. 04/2014/TT-BLDTBXH on Guiding Implementation of Regulations on Personal Protective Equipment.
