Vietnam Sets Action Plan for Directive No. 10/CT-TTg on strengthening electricity saving and rooftop solar power development 
On 14 May 2026, the Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 1126/QD-BCT promulgating the Action Plan for the implementation of Directive No. 10/CT-TTg on strengthening electricity saving and the development of rooftop solar power systems. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
