Vietnam MOIT Publishes List of Medium- and High-Risk Products and Goods

On 30 June 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 33/2026/TT-BCT on the List of products and goods classified as medium-risk and high-risk falling under the state management responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Circular takes effect from 01 July 2026 and replaces Circular No. 41/2023/TT-BCT.
