Vietnam Publishes Two Resolutions in the Field of Environmental Protection

The Government has issued Resolution No. 66.16/2026/NQ-CP dated April 7, 2026, on the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures and regulations related to production and business activities, and Resolution No. 66.19/2026/NQ-CP dated May 18, 2026, on the reduction, delegating authority, and simplifying administrative procedures, as well as reducing and simplifying business conditions within the scope of management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
