Vietnam Restructures Administrative Procedures under State Management Scope of Ministry of Agriculture and Environment

On May 19th, 2026, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment hereby issues a Circular 22/2026/TT-BNNM amending and supplementing some Circulars on reduction, delegation of jurisdiction and simplification of administrative procedures under the state management scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE). This Circular comes into force from May 19th, 2026.
