Vietnam Publishes Guidelines on Regulations Related to Product Labelling

On February 12, 2026, the Department of Customs issued Official Letter No. 11816/CHQ-GSQL, dated February 12, 2026, to regional Sub-departments of Customs, providing guidance on regulations regarding product labelling under Decree No. 37/2026/ND-CP dated January 23, 2026. Prior to this, on January 23, 2026, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 37/2026/ND-CP dated January 23, 2026 on elaborating certain articles and measures for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Law on product and goods quality, replacing Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP and Decree No. 111/2021/ND-CP.
