Hanoi Government Issues Notice on Administrative Procedures for Import and Export Permits for Chemicals

On March 16, 2026, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade issued Official Document No. 2016/SCT‑KTATMT, titled “Several Notes on the Implementation of Administrative Procedures for Issuing Import and Export Permits for Specially Controlled Chemicals, Group 2”, addressed to organizations and individuals requesting the processing of administrative procedures related to chemicals. In implementing the 2025 Law on Chemicals, the Department confirmed that some administrative dossiers submitted by organizations and individuals (business operators) applying for import and export permits for Specially Controlled Chemicals, Group 2, did not meet requirements due to deficiencies in document preparation.
