Vietnam Releases Public Comments and Official Responses on Draft Decree Concerning Chemical Safety and Security

On October 6, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, through the Vietnam Chemicals Agency, published a summary of public comments submitted in response to the “Draft Decree on the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law on Chemicals Regarding the Development of the Chemical Industry and the Safety and Security of Chemical Substances.” A total of 103 government agencies, private organizations, and individuals submitted feedback.
