Vietnam: Public Consultation on Draft Decrees for the Implementation of the 2025 Law on Chemicals, Part 1

On October 3, 2025, Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and the Vietnam Chemicals Agency (CSV) jointly held a public consultation meeting on draft decrees detailing the implementation of the 2025 Law on Chemicals. The meeting was conducted both in person and online, with approximately 150 participants, including representatives from the Chemicals Agency, CSV, experts, and stakeholders from northern and southern enterprises.
