Vietnam Releases Draft Decree Detailing Safety Management Regulations under the 2025 Law on Chemicals

On September 5, 2025, the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), through the Vietnam Chemicals Agency, released a draft titled “Draft Decree on the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law on Chemicals Regarding the Development of the Chemical Industry and the Safety and Security of Chemical Substances.” Public comments are accepted until September 14, 2025.
