Vietnam Announces Legislative Development Plan for Implementation of the Law on Chemicals

On August 26, 2025, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Prime Minister Decision No. 1837/QD-TTg, titled “Implementation Plan for the 2025 Law on Chemicals” (hereinafter, “the Decision”). The Decision outlines the roles and deadlines for relevant government agencies in drafting the decrees and circulars necessary to implement the new Law on Chemicals (No. 69/2025/QH15).
