Vietnam Releases PRO List for Product and Packaging Recycling under EPR System

On December 18, 2023, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam, through official document No. 782/TB-BTNMT, published a list of Producer Responsible Organizations (PROs) that are delegated by manufacturers/importers to implement the obligation of recycling waste products/packaging materials in implementing Article 79, paragraph 4 of the Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP Detailing a Number of Articles of the Law on Environmental Protection. Specifically, the list released includes the following two organizations:
