Vietnam issues official document to ensure implementation of regulations to reduce GHG emissions

On March 3, 2023, the Vietnamese Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) issued the official document No. 1295/BTNMT-BDKH to Implement the law and regulations on greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction. This document is intended to urge companies to implement the Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP Providing Regulations on Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Protection of the Ozone Layer.
