China’s Tianjin announces program for carbon peaking

On Sept. 14, 2022, the government of Tianjin, China, announced a program for carbon peaking. This program is developed by Tianjin city based on the central government’s “Opinions on Achieving Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality by Completely, Accurately, Wholly and Thoroughly Implementing the New Development Principles” and “Action Plan to Achieve Carbon Peaking by 2030”.
