China issues a new notice on import management of recycled copper and aluminum raw materials

On October 23, 2024, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, together with other five central administrative departments including the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued the “Notice on standardizing the import management of recycled copper and copper alloy raw materials, recycled aluminum and aluminum alloy raw materials”.
