China releases 2023 report on practices of leading companies in energy efficiency in key industries 
On July 5, 2024, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released a 2023 report on practices of leading companies in energy efficiency in key industries.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission and State Administration for Market Regulation of China have compiled the report jointly with the aim of rigorously implementing the State Council’s Comprehensive Program for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction for the 14th Five-Year Plan1 and other policies, and promoting energy conservation and decarbonization in the industry sector.
