Macao bans import and transshipment of some automotive refinish paints and varnishes with high VOC content

On September 21, 2023, the Macao Environmental Protection Bureau and the Economic and Technical Development Bureau notified the WTO of a notice regarding a ban on the import and transshipment of some automotive refinish paints and varnishes with high volatile organic compound (VOC) content. The ban has already been implemented from September 3, 2023.
