China issues revised national standard for energy-saving modification of motor-powered equipment

On Aug. 6, 2023, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation published a national standard called the Specification for the Reconstruction of Motor System for Energy-saving (GB/T 29314-2023), which will come into effect March 1, 2024. This is a revision of the GB/T 29314-2012 standard.
