Taiwan to revise the inspection standards for electric storage water heater products

On October 20, 2022, the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI), Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, released a draft amendment to the “Relevant Inspection Regulations for General Household Electric Storage Water Heater Products” and made an advance notice of the amendment to the Regulations. The comment period will last 60 days after the release date of the advance notice.
