Chinese NPO releases 2022 report on EPR implementation for EEE

On Dec. 22, 2022, the Alliance of Technology Innovation in Extending Producer Responsibility, a Chinese NPO, published a 2022 report on the Implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Schemes for Electrical and Electronic Products in China. This report aims to show how companies can keep fulfilling their EPR as well as to help companies improve their compliance and standardization, taking into account the targets of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060. It reports on the EPR policies announced in 2022 as well as EPR implementation by companies regarding green design, recycled raw materials, recycling standardization and information publication.
