China’s Shanghai releases draft action plan for new pollutant control to seek public comments

On Nov. 1, 2022, the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Shanghai, China, released a draft action plan for new pollutant control to seek public comments, which were accepted through Nov. 7, 2022. The action plan is based on the national action plan for new pollutant control, and sets out targets for 2025 and specific measures.
