China issues revised general rules for grading, certification of green construction materials

On Dec. 22, 2023, China’s National Certification and Accreditation Administration published revised general rules for the grading and certification of green construction materials, which came into effect Jan. 1, 2024.

The rules include provisions on the scope of the rules, certification processes, certification grades, certification contract, certification granting, post-certification oversight, certificates and certification logo.
