China issues regulations on list of entities seriously discredited in work safety

On Aug. 8, 2023, China’s Ministry of Emergency Management published on its website regulations on the list of entities seriously discredited in work safety, which will come into effect Oct. 1, 2023.

The regulations are based on the Work Safety Law¹ and other laws, and govern the management of entities discredited in work safety in chemical, pharmaceutical, hazardous chemical, machinery and other industries.
