Vietnam conducts questionnaire survey to revise national technical regulation on safety requirements for hazardous chemicals

On August 8, 2023, the Vietnam Chemicals Agency (Vinachemia) functioning under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) released on its official website a questionnaire survey on implementation of the National Technical Regulation QCVN 05A:2020/BCT on the Manufacturing, Trade, Use, Storage, and Transportation of Hazardous Chemicals. This technical regulation was promulgated on December 21, 2020, and companies dealing with chemicals have been taking measures to comply with it.
