Hanoi DOIT holds seminar to guide proper implementation of chemical regulations 
On July 15, 2023, the Department of Trade and Industry (DOIT) of Hanoi City, Vietnam held a Seminar on the Regulations for Control of Administrative Violations in the Field of Chemicals. The seminar is part of activities as stipulated in the implementation schedule of the 2023 Year Plan on Proclaiming and Educating Laws and Regulations for Enterprises Engaged in Chemical Manufacturing and Trading Activities Located in Hanoi (No. 110/KH-SCT), which was promulgated by the Department.

In this seminar, an inspection specialist from the Hanoi DOIT mainly explained the following topics:
- Regulations related to the Law on Chemicals and its implementation rules
- Regulations on handling administrative violations and related penalty provisions
