Hanoi approves economic development plan with vision to 2030

On June 13, 2023, the People's Committee of Hanoi City, Vietnam, promulgated Decision 3195/QD-UBND Approving the Proposal on the Hanoi Urban Economic Development Plan (hereinafter “the Proposal”), which came into effect the same day. The proposal includes 1) evaluation of Hanoi's urban economic development situation for the period 2016-2020 and 2) measures to be taken and action plan for the period through to 2025, with a vision to the year of 2030.
