POPs Convention publishes report on the work of the eighteenth meeting of POPRC

The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs Convention/hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”) published the Report of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as “POPRC”) on the work of its eighteenth meeting (advance) (advance version/publication date: October 17, 2022) held in Rome, Italy, from September 26 to September 30, 2022. The report’s “Annex I: Decisions adopted by the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee at its eighteenth meeting” include “Dechlorane Plus and its syn-isomer and anti-isomer (additive chlorine-based flame retardant, hereinafter referred to as “Dechlorane Plus”)” and “UV-328 (Benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorbers)
