Taiwan released draft documents on grouping of chemicals and (Q)SAR assessment

In May 2023, the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan of Taiwan (Taiwan EPA) released the draft documents of “Principles on grouping of chemicals” and “Overview of the validation method of (Quantitative) structure-activity relationship [(Q)SAR] model”. According to the “Regulations of new and existing chemical substances data registration”, “toxicity information” and “ecotoxicity information” must be submitted when conducting a standard registration of new chemical substances.
