Taiwan releases the guidance for new and existing chemicals phase 1 registration

On the March 24, 2023, the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) of Taiwan released the “Guidance for preparation of phase 1 registration materials of new and existing chemical substances”. The guidance is a revised version of the “Instructions of the tool for registration of new and existing chemical substances”, which was released in August 2015.
