China’s Hebei province releases action plan for new pollutant control to seek public comments 
On Nov. 13, 2022, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hebei province, China, released an action plan for new pollutant control to seek public comments, which were accepted through Nov. 23, 2022. This draft action plan sets out targets for 2023 and 2025 and lists new pollutant control measures, including conducting research in chemical and other key industries and implementing bans, restrictions and discharge restrictions on key controlled new pollutants.
