China publishes FAQs on revised Measures on Hazardous Waste Transfer

On Oct. 21, 2022, the Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Center of China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment published FAQs on the revised Measures on Hazardous Waste Transfer, issued Nov. 30, 2021, by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Transport of China. The FAQs include questions such as whether the electronic manifest should be prepared and processed after hazardous waste is transferred.
