China’s Guangdong province publishes examples of volatile organic compound control in relevant industries

On May 11, the Department of Ecology and Environment of China’s Guangdong province published the first compilation of examples of comprehensive volatile organic compound (VOC) control efforts in industries that typically generate VOCs.

This compilation contains instances of 53 companies in the province that have implemented alternatives to VOC-generating processes, process management for VOC reduction or VOC treatment at the end of VOC-generating processes. Three of the examples are shown below.
