China announces three-year action plan for work safety for 2024–2026

On Feb 22, 2024, China’s Ministry of Emergency Management announced on its website a three-year action plan for work safety for 2024–2026. The action plan includes work safety standards development, increased risk inspection, safety training for workers in high-risk industries such as hazardous chemical, and old equipment phase-out. The action plan’s measures for corporate safety management are outlined below.
