China to carry out pilot program for “Corporate Green Barcode” that shows green status of factories

On Dec. 29, 2023, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced a pilot program for “Corporate Green Barcode” that shows “Green Levels” (environmental status) of green factories. Companies can obtain this barcode and use it to demonstrate their green levels.
