China revises criteria for risk of serious accidents in industrial and trading companies

On April 14, 2023, China’s Ministry of Emergency Management published the Standard that Sets Criteria for the Risk of Serious Accidents in Industrial and Trading Companies. This is a revision of a standard issued in 2017. It will come into effect May 15, 2023. Here is an overview of the standard.
