Malaysia Updates List of Substances Prohibited to Use in Manufacturing Processes 
Malaysia has updated its chemical substances prohibited to use in manufacturing processes with the latest “Occupational Safety and Health (Prohibition of Use of Substance) Order 2026”, replacing the previous Occupational Safety and Health (Prohibition of Use of Substance) Order 1999. The Order, enforced on the following day, October 15, updates the number of regulated substances and now provides CAS numbers for further clarification.
