Taiwan released “Stationary Pollution Source Hazardous Air Pollutant Emission Standards”

On February 26, 2021, the Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration released the “Stationary Pollution Source Hazardous Air Pollutant Emission Standards”. The standards set emission standards for a total of 22 types of hazardous air pollutants. The emission standards released this time will be enforced according to the following schedule.

  • New pollution sources: July 1, 2021
  • Existing pollution sources: July 1, 2021 (Stage 1), July 1, 2023 (Stage 2)

The names of the 22 hazardous air pollutants and their standard values are listed below.

  • (1) represents the stage1, and (2) represents the stage 2.
  • For the calculation method of Article 4, please refer to the original text from the link at the bottom.
