Singapore publishes technical document to support preparation of 3R plans for packaging materials 
As confirmed on June 2, 2023, the technical reference document “TR109: 2023 Sustainable packaging guiding framework and practices” was issued in Singapore. This document provides companies with guidance and best practices tailored to the Singapore context to make packaging sustainable. It is expected to be used as a reference document when preparing a 3R plan for packaging materials, which is required under the Resource Sustainability Act.
