Brunei Publishes Safety Regulations on Work at Heights

On January 9, 2025, Brunei promulgated the Workplace Safety and Health (Work at Heights) Regulations, 2025, which took effect on January 1, 2025. These regulations stipulate occupational safety and health for work at heights, including by business operators such as factories. The regulations impose obligations on employers to ensure workplace safety and implement protective measures for various equipment.
