Taiwan revises standard setting out energy efficiency criterion, labeling rules for energy conservation labels for indoor lights

On Sept. 4, 2024, Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs published a revised standard that sets out an energy efficiency criterion and labeling rules for energy conservation labels for indoor lights. It came into effect immediately. The revised standard applies to indoor lights that meet the national standards, CNS 14335 “Luminaires” and CNS 14115 “Limits and Methods of Measurement of Radio Disturbance Characteristics of Electrical Lighting and Similar Equipment”.
