Taiwan publishes the amended Measures for the Administration of Water Efficiency Label

On July 7, 2023, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan published the amendment to the “Measures for the Administration of Water Efficiency Label”. According to the Measures, legal entities, organizations and individuals that produce or sell water-using equipment listed in the appendix may apply to the central competent authority (Ministry of Economic Affairs) for issuing a permit for the use of water efficiency labels. There are 12 types of water-using equipment listed in the appendix as regulated equipment.
