Korea and EPD Norway signed mutual recognition agreement on environmental label certification

On November 12, 2024, the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute (KEITI) functioning under the Ministry of Environment (MOE) of South Korea signed a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) with EPD Norway, a Norwegian local environmental product declaration (EPD) certification organization, located in Oslo, so that products certified under Korean environmental performance label scheme are also certified in the European market.
