South Korea’s Environmental Research Institute releases program to automatically determine GHS classification and label elements for mixtures

On November 22, 2023, the National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER), an institution operating under the Ministry of Environment of South Korea, announced the release of Mixtures Classification and Labeling Program, which can automatically determine the classifications of hazardous properties of mixed substances and output the relevant labels for containers and packaging in accordance with GHS (globally harmonized system).
