Malaysian Stock Exchange Releases Handbook for Voluntary Carbon Markets

At the Malaysian Carbon Market Forum held on October 5, 2023, the Minister of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change released the Voluntary Carbon Market Handbook. Created jointly by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change and the Malaysian Stock Exchange (Bursa Malaysia), this handbook provides a guide for operators who wish to participate in carbon market project development and Malaysia’s Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM).
