Ministry of Environment of South Korea enforces Water Circulation Act to build safe water circulation system

On October 15, 2024, the Ministry of Environment (MOE) of South Korea announced that Presidential Decree on the Act on the Promotion of and Support for Water Circulation (hereinafter “Water Circulation Act) will enter into effect on October 25, 2024, together with an enforcement rule detailing the Water Circulation Act to be promulgated on October 25, 2024.
