Singapore amends list of substances restricted for use in cosmetic products

In Singapore, the Health Products (Cosmetic Products - ASEAN Cosmetic Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Amendment Regulations) were promulgated on January 13, 2023. The Amendment Regulations amend the Health Products (Cosmetics - ASEAN Cosmetic Directive) Regulations 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), which are the domestic law of the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD).
