Malaysia has promulgated regulation setting out registration fees for qualified persons under Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022

On May 31, 2024, the Occupational Safety and Health (Fee for Registration of Competent Person and Registered Training Provider) Regulations 2024 were promulgated in Malaysia. The regulations stipulate the registration fees for competent persons and training providers under the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), which came into effect on June 1, 2024.
