Australian Capital Territory Government Publishes Amendment Introducing the Industrial Chemical Management Standard (IChEMS)

On September 11, 2025, the government of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) published the Environment Protection (Industrial Chemicals) Amendment Regulation 2025 (Subordinate Law SL2025-17) in the official gazette. The regulation will take effect on May 11, 2026.
